Terms of Service

1 General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PathToPractice web application ("Service"), operated by MHX, CVR no. 36281634 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

PathToPractice is a music practice web app that allows users to organize exercises, create routines, use a metronome, record audio, and share material with other musicians.

2 User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You may not share your account with others
• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information

3 Subscriptions and Payment

PathToPractice offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features such as more exercises, more storage, sharing, and more.

• Payments are handled securely by Stripe – we do not store your card details
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period
• Upgrades take effect immediately
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Prices are listed in DKK – Stripe may convert to your local currency at checkout

4 Refunds

Since the Service offers a free plan that you can try without limitations, we generally do not offer refunds for paid subscriptions.

5 User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Service, including exercises, routines, and audio recordings ("Your Content"). By sharing content publicly, you grant other users the right to view and copy the shared material.

• You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe on others' rights
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• YouTube links and other external content are subject to the respective platforms' terms

6 Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to the system
• Disrupt or overload the Service's infrastructure
• Automate access to the Service (bots, scraping, etc.)
• Resell access to the Service without written permission

7 Licenses and Schools

Teachers and schools may purchase licenses for students. Licenses are personal and may not be transferred to anyone other than the intended recipient. The license provider is responsible for proper use of the licenses.

8 Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove features with reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for loss of data, interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

10 Termination

You may delete your account at any time via settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts.
